This recipe came from my hometown church cookbook and my mom made it for us every Christmas. I always crave this around the holidays. It's called egg puff and it's pretty good, and very rich!
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 lb of pepper jack shredded (you can use monterey jack, but Tom loves the pepper jack instead)
Mix and pour into a buttered 9x13 pan.
Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
