Well Ginger doesn't look very excited, but I am! This is one of our jumbo pumpkins that we plucked to carve, and we haven't carved yet. Better late than never!There are still some jumbos on the vine out in the garden that we're letting get super-big!
We might carve this jumbo tonight or tomorrow, so I'll be sure to put up more pics of those!
