Peach Cobbler!

Every 4th of July my mom makes this delicious peach cobbler. Now that I'm married I love to chow down on the peachy deliciousness.

And yes, it does kinda look like mac and cheese, but my cheapo camera doesn't do it justice.

Want to add it to your recipe collection? It's very simple!

Patti's Peach Cobbler
  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 cups peeled and sliced peaches (yellow or white)
Melt butter in 9x13 pan at 350 degrees.
Mix Bisquick, sugar, and milk in bowl then add to melted butter.
Place drained peaches on top of mixture, don't stir.
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.

Enjoy!
