As I was taking a gander at all of Pioneer Woman's recipes, I stumbled across this one: Braised Short Ribs. Oh my goodness they were delicious!I borrowed my mother in law's dutch oven, and let me tell ya, those things are amazing!
I would definitely recommend that you make this tonight if you have a dutch oven and delicious pancetta. You'll love it! Take a look at the recipe!
