These are one of my farmer's favorite cookies. I believe that his sister, Kandiss, is the culprit for getting me addicted to these as well.They are totally easy to make, 20 minutes top. And when you grab one from the freezer/refrigerator, they almost melt in your mouth!
Why does it seem I always put these fatty recipes on my blog. I promise, I really do eat healthy, but sometimes I need that chocolate splurge, and I think these are pretty healthy.....
