After watching the Pioneer Woman on the Food Network last Saturday I started to crave this apple pie. So I made a special trip into Lake Isabella and bought pie crusts (no I didn't make them from scratch-shame on me), granny smith apples and a couple more sticks of butter.I forgot how much Tom really loves apple pie, so he was so excited to come home to something smelling so sweet. After the dessert, Tom still snacked on these all throughout the week.
