Pasta Time!

My farmer husband is still not much of a fan of pasta, but I think he really liked this one.

This is really simple and has leeks in it (I'm growing them in my garden, so we'll see how they do). It's really yummy! I made it when my sis was here months ago and we couldn't stop snacking on it.

It seemed a little too foofoo for my kitchen, but trust me, you'll love it, and yes of course, it's Pioneer Woman, are you surprised?
